Our mission is to service our valued customers in a timely manner with professional plumbing expertise, honesty and integrity. We are proud to say that our commitment to this mission has helped us to create long-term relationships with our valued customers. We continue to specialize in water filtration, water purification, water softeners, drinking water systems, iron removal, well pumps, well upgrades, backflow prevention, plumbing installations, service and repairs for residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural companies in Wellesley Township, Region of Waterloo and surrounding area.

Our Mission
Dietrich Plumbing & Pump Ltd. has been owned and operated by the Dietrich family since 1980. Founder, Brian Dietrich and his wife Kathy started the business in 1980. A shop was built in 1988 at 1061 Industrial Crescent, St. Clements, Ontario. We continue to run the business at this shop and service Waterloo Region. Brian's son Brad grew up helping with the business, became part-owner in 2011 and transitioned to full ownership in 2015 along with his wife Lindsey.
Since 2015 we have more than doubled in size thanks to our loyal customers and new customers. For three consecutive years during this timeframe, we won a 1st place in the Region of Waterloo in the Favourite Plumbing Service Provider and Favourite Water Treatment Company categories in the Record Reader’s Choice Awards. We are proud to say that our customers voted us #1 in Waterloo Region again in 2019, winning us the Diamond Winner for the Record Reader Awards for the fourth time.

On May 1, 2017 we purchased and amalgamated operations with PJR Plumbing and Heating Ltd. We are grateful to the previous owner who trusted us with his valued customers, and stayed on with us for more than two years to ensure a smooth transition. This allowed us to diversify and join forces with another successful plumbing business who shared the same values.
On April 30, 2021, Graham Water Systems became a division of Dietrich Plumbing and Pump. Previously owned and operated by Bob Graham, our shared missions, values, decades of water filtration experience and commitment to serve the Region of Waterloo made the transition smooth and seamless. With the acquisition of Graham Water Systems, our customers can continue to rely on Dietrich Plumbing & Pump for one stop shopping for any and all water related concerns you may face.
