On May 1, 2017, we acquired PJR Plumbing and Heating Ltd. We’re grateful to the former owner for entrusting us with his long-standing client relationships and for working alongside our team for more than two years to ensure a smooth transition. By acquiring a company that shared our dedication to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, we were able to significantly increase our capacity and build upon the strong reputation that PJR Plumbing and Heating Ltd. had established within the community.
Building on that momentum, we acquired Graham Water Systems as a division of Dietrich Plumbing & Pump on April 30, 2021. Founded and operated by Bob Graham, the business had a strong local presence and shared our values of professionalism, customer care, and technical excellence. With shared values and a mutual focus on service excellence, this integration further strengthened our ability to offer complete, end-to-end solutions for all plumbing, pump, and water treatment needs.
These acquisitions have allowed us to grow thoughtfully and strategically — enhancing the depth and quality of our services while maintaining the personalized, family-oriented approach our customers value.

Proudly family-owned and operated since 1980, Dietrich Plumbing & Pump Ltd. has been serving the Waterloo Region with trusted plumbing and pump services for over four decades. Founded by Brian and Kathy Dietrich, the business began with a commitment to quality workmanship, honest service, and strong community values.
In 1988, the company established its permanent home with the construction of a dedicated shop at 1061 Industrial Crescent in St. Clements, Ontario. Today, Brian’s son Brad Dietrich continues the family tradition, leading the business from the same location and carrying forward the values that built its reputation.
Thanks to our loyal customers — and the many new ones who’ve joined us — we’ve more than doubled in size since 2015. During this period of growth, we’ve also been honoured to receive consistent community recognition, including:
