  • We stock our most common products and fittings so that we have them on-hand for urgent service calls.
  • We receive daily deliveries from many of our plumbing suppliers in the Waterloo Region who have access to thousands of plumbing products.
  • Custom order products are also available through our suppliers. (See below)


Our products include a variety of toilets, faucets, pumps, filters, water filtration systems, water softeners, pressure tanks, showerheads, and much more.

Regular labour rate:

  • Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:59 pm (excluding holidays)
  • Minimum fee is one hour labour plus travel to job site


Time and a half labour rate: 

  • 5 pm - 7:59 pm Monday - Friday
  • 8 am - 7:59 pm Saturday
  • Holiday hours: Friday, December 22, 2023 from 12 pm to 7:59pm and Friday, December 29 from 12 pm to 7:59 pm)
  • Emergency call fee is a minimum of two hours at time and a half rate*


Double time labour rates: 

  • Sundays
  • All statutory holidays (including for 2023: Christmas Eve Sunday, December 24; Christmas Day Monday, December 25; and Boxing Day Tuesday December 26; and New Years Eve Day Sunday December 31; and New Years Day Monday, January 1, 2024)
  • Every Monday through Sunday from 8 pm - 7:59 am
  • Closest weekdays in lieu of stat holidays that fall on the weekend
  • Emergency call fee is a minimum of two hours at double time rate*


*Plus travel to job site when actual labour on-site is more than two hours
